Phil's Crispy Greens

Phil’s Crispy Greens is a veteran-owned micro farm in South Berwick, Maine, specializing in organically grown microgreens, fresh produce, herbs, spices, and specialty products like black garlic, saffron, and infused finishing salts. The farm uses regenerative, no-till practices across fields, hoop houses, and a hydroponic container farm to grow food with flavor, nutrition, and purpose. Behind the farm is Philip Sutton, a firefighter/paramedic and Army MEDEVAC First Sergeant, bringing a mission-driven mindset to every crop.
